Updates in the verification process - Skrill and Neteller

The new and improved step to verifying your Skrill and Neteller

Both, Skrill and Neteller are making slight changes in their verification process, in order to make their verification steps as secure as possible.

The process will stay the same for the most part, however, providing the selfie will change a bit.

Until now users had the option to upload all documents from within their Skrill and Neteller accounts. So, users could take a picture, select the file from their computer and upload them.

Account holders will no longer have the option to upload files with selfies from their computer, now they will have to take a live selfie through a webcam or in case they are using the mobile app, through a phone or other mobile device.

The ID card and address document can still be uploaded from the user’s computer.

Verification process:

Upload an ID card or passport (both sides).
Provide a valid address document.
Prepare the note with the unique code and turn on the webcam or use a mobile device to take a live selfie.
