Get to know the Strong Customer Authentication process in NETELLER
NETELLER recently updated their Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) process to include additional security measures. Up until now the confirmation process used Secure ID or a Google Two-Factor Authentication code.
Now, when you transfer funds from NETELLER wallet to a merchant you will need to confirm the transaction via one of the following.
- A 6-digit verification code sent via SMS to your mobile
- A combination of a 6-digit code sent via email, and your Secure ID or a Google Two-Factor authentication code
